We started tearing down buildings in 1995. The dumpster rental side came later, because contractors on our job sites kept asking to rent our bins. Thirty-one years later, we’re still doing both out of Chula Vista.

Dr Demo has been tearing down structures since 1995. Full-scale demolition. Homes, commercial buildings, interior gut jobs. That was the business, and it still is. But something kept happening on those job sites. General contractors would look at our 15-yard dumpsters and ask, “Can I rent one of those?”
Turns out, that 15-yard size was hard to find. Most companies only carry 10s and 20s. So we started renting them out. And the phone didn’t stop ringing.
Today we run dumpster rentals, full demolition, and portable storage out of our yard in Chula Vista. Most of our customers are repeat clients. That tells you everything you need to know.
